1. Description of Service

BeltoVox is a service provided by Viktor Gazsi e.v. (Tax ID: 53417709-1-41, Registration Number: 56927441, Address: Ă–vezet utca 10, 1131 Budapest, Hungary), a Sole Proprietor registered in Hungary. We provide software tools for professional speech-to-text dictation and AI-assisted processing. By using our website and software, you agree to these terms.

2. Software License & Intellectual Property

  • License: The use of the BeltoVox desktop application is governed by our End User License Agreement (EULA).
  • Ownership: BeltoVox, including its documentation, source code, logos, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Viktor Gazsi e.v.. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the software; you do not acquire ownership of the software itself.
  • Restrictions: You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of BeltoVox unless permitted by law.

3. “Bring Your Own Key” (BYOK) Model

BeltoVox is a tool that connects to third-party AI services. You are responsible for:

  • Obtaining and maintaining your own API keys (e.g., Groq, OpenAI).
  • Any costs or fees charged by these third-party providers.
  • Complying with the terms of service of those third-party providers.

4. User Responsibilities

  • One License, One User: Each BeltoVox license is intended for use by a single individual. Sharing login credentials or license keys is prohibited.
  • Accurate Data: You must provide accurate information when purchasing a license.
  • Lawful Use: You agree not to use BeltoVox for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including the provision of unlawful content.
  • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your license key. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Payments and Refunds

  • Our order process is conducted by our online reseller(s) who act as the Merchant of Record for these orders.
  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for software licenses (to align with our new Refund Policy).
  • Refunds are processed through our authorized resellers upon request.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of BeltoVox is at your sole risk. The software and website are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. BeltoVox is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

We do not warrant that:

  • The software will function uninterrupted, secure, or be available at any particular time or location.
  • Any errors or defects will be corrected immediately.
  • The results of using the software (including AI-generated transcriptions) will meet your specific requirements or be 100% accurate.
  • The software is completely free of viruses or other harmful components, although we take standard precautions to ensure its security.

AI transcriptions are processed by third-party providers (Groq/OpenAI) and may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying all output before use.

7. Limitation of Liability

Save for Consumers (as defined below), BeltoVox and its developers shall not be liable for any lost profit or damage resulting from unintentional fault. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Technical Requirements & Security

  • Environment: To use BeltoVox, a device with a stable internet connection and compatible Windows OS is required.
  • Security Warning: We advise users to maintain updated antivirus software. We are not responsible for damages caused by third-party “hackers” or security breaches beyond our reasonable control.
  • Data Costs: Any internet transmission costs required to use or download the software are borne by the user.

9. Consumers

A “Consumer” is any natural person acting for purposes other than their business or craft. We respect all mandatory consumer rights under EU and local law. These Terms are not intended to exclude or limit rights that cannot be waived by law.

10. Complaints

Any complaints regarding our services should be sent to: info@beltovox.com. We will aim to consider and respond to all complaints within 14 days of receipt.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Viktor Gazsi e.v., its contractors, and its licensors from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms or the EULA.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary. Any disputes arising from these Terms that cannot be settled through mutual negotiation (see Section 10) shall be submitted to the competent courts of Hungary.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use BeltoVox after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

For BeltoVox licenses, the terms in effect at the date of purchase will stay binding for both you (the customer) and us.
