1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all software license purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with BeltoVox for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us via email at info@beltovox.com or through our authorized reseller’s customer support. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used for the purchase
  • (Optional) A brief reason for the refund, as this helps us improve our product.

3. Processing of Refunds

Once your refund request is received, it will be processed through our authorized Merchant of Record (reseller).

  • Refunds are generally credited back to the original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

4. Third-Party AI Fees

Please note that BeltoVox operates on a “Bring Your Own Key” (BYOK) model. Our refund policy applies exclusively to the BeltoVox software license fee. We cannot refund any fees or costs incurred through third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI or Groq) used in conjunction with our software.

5. Abuse of Policy

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests if we detect patterns of fraud or abuse of our 30-day guarantee (e.g., repeated purchase and refund cycles).
